Shipping

Free standard shipping when you join our list. Sign up through the pop-up on our site and you'll get a free standard shipping code for your order. Otherwise, standard shipping within Australia is $11. Express shipping within Australia is $19.95. Overseas shipping is free.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide, and to selected countries overseas including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and much of Europe. The countries available to you are shown at checkout. Please give us a street address so the courier can deliver to your door.

International orders

International shipping is free too.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Customs duties, import taxes and any local fees charged by your country are not included and are your responsibility.
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Return postage for international change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders with Priority Processing are processed ahead of standard orders.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by location. Regional and remote addresses can take longer. Once your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please include your order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and item.

Returns & Warranty

30-day returns. If it's not right for your car or your dog, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your item is faulty, arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll replace it or refund you — and we cover the return shipping.

Changed your mind, or it doesn't fit

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for change-of-mind and fit returns is at your cost. Items must be clean and in their original packaging. Please try the cover for fit, but keep it clean and free of pet hair and damage. We can't accept items that have been heavily used or soiled. Our fit and measuring guide will help you get the right size first time.

How to start a return

Email us at scoopwave.au@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Warranty

We'll repair, replace or refund items with a manufacturing fault. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, deliberate damage, chewing or scratching beyond normal wear, or unauthorised repairs.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Fit & Measuring Guide

A good fit makes all the difference, so take two minutes to measure before you order.

Cover size: 130 cm wide x 60 cm deep seat, plus 54 cm front section, 43 cm backrest and 100 cm door flaps

Measure the width. Measure your back seat from door to door, along the seat.
Measure the depth. Measure from the back of the seat to the back of the front seats, so the extender can bridge the gap to the footwell.
Check for obstacles. Allow for a centre console, rear air vents and seat-belt buckles.
Compare. Your seat should be at least as wide and deep as the cover so it sits flat.

Introducing your dog

Fit it and let your dog sniff and climb on it while the car is parked, before the first trip.
Use treats so the new spot feels positive.
Keep first trips short and build up.

Safety

The seat extender is a cover and platform, not a crash-tested restraint. Always secure your dog with a suitable harness and the seat-belt safety buckle.
Never leave your dog unattended in a vehicle, and follow your state's road rules about restraining animals.

Privacy Policy

Drover ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
Order details: what you bought, order history and support messages.
Device and usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We don't see or store your full card details — payments are handled by our payment providers.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, and provide customer support.
To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies, analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure site performance and the effectiveness of our ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed with: our store platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers, product suppliers and fulfilment partners, email and analytics providers, and advertising platforms. Some of these providers are located overseas, including in the United States and in the countries where our products are supplied from. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're able to, by emailing scoopwave.au@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We aim to describe and display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. If we discover a pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Use of the product

Please follow the instructions supplied. This product is a seat cover and extender, not a crash-tested restraint. Always secure your dog with a suitable harness and supervise your dog in the vehicle.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (which can't be excluded), we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Changes

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
